The AMA Supercross Championship is comprised of both the 450SX and 250SX classes. The 450SX is the premier class of the AMA Supercross Championship, featuring production-based 450cc single-cylinder motorcycles. The 250SX is a production-based class featuring 250cc single-cylinder motorcycles which is split into Eastern (U.S.) and Western regional divisions, each awarding its own title.
